Here at Inspired EFT we make meditation easy by hosting a meditation program over skype each Tuesday, Friday????? ????/ Our meditation is based on the ????/ It’s simple and no previous experience is needed or anything else for that matter. Just bring yourself even your sleepy self. You will find based on brain psychology that your brain will automatically start to wake up early and you will be more fully present and awake whilst meditating.

Over the past 20 years there has been much scientific study done on mediation and what was once seen as a bit of a esoteric practice has come to be endorsed by science and millions of people all over the world have embraced meditation to improve their life and general well-being. The Importance of Establishing a Meditation Routine

Just like with so many things in our lives, you must establish a proper routine for meditation to work. After all, you do this with so many other things like exercise, riding a bike, learning a new language etc. Our brains are wired for routine and structure according to neuroscience. Joining our meditation mornings will help you get into this routine. Get to learn more about yourself and how your mind works in the process and if you discover it’s not for you then that’s okay.
